Ingredients:

  • 1cup apple juice (chilled)

  • 1 cup caramel vodka or 1 cup regular vodka + 1/4 cup caramel syrup

  • 1/2 cup water
  • 1 package (3 oz) green apple-flavored Jello
  • Whipped cream (for topping)
  • Caramel sauce (for drizzling)
  • Apple slices (for garnish)

---

How to make:

1️⃣ Heat the Water:

In a small saucepan, bring 1/2 cup of water to just below boiling. Remove from heat as soon as it begins to simmer.

2️⃣ Dissolve the Jello:

Add the green apple Jello powder to the hot water. Stir well for at least 1–2 minutes, making sure the gelatin fully dissolves. This step is key to achieving a smooth, firm set.

3️⃣ Mix in the Liquids:

Once the gelatin is dissolved, pour in the apple juice and caramel vodka (or your vodka-caramel syrup mix). Stir thoroughly to combine. The mixture should be well-blended and slightly cool before pouring.

4️⃣ Pour into Molds:

Carefully pour the mixture into small plastic shot cups, silicone molds, or mini dessert glasses. For best results, use a measuring cup with a spout or a small funnel to avoid spills.

5️⃣ Chill to Set:

Transfer the filled containers to the refrigerator. Let them chill for at least 4 hours, or until fully set. Overnight chilling is even better if you're prepping ahead.

6️⃣ Garnish & Serve:

Right before serving, top each shot with a dollop of whipped cream, a drizzle of caramel sauce, and a thin apple slice. You can dip the apple slice in lemon juice to prevent browning if desired. Serve chilled and enjoy!
